By the way, part of that hoof wound up in our seats. Good thing my dog wasn’t up here! He’d have wanted it for a Scooby snack. (I didn’t think hunters generally threw shoes, but I’ve seen more hunters than any other division standing with their foot between the farrier’s thighs.
